1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Azadi Deal (https://azadi-deal.pages.dev/) or placing an order through Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, PayFast, or WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). While we strive for absolute accuracy, in the event of an inadvertent technical pricing or stock error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order before dispatch.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

Customers opting for Cash on Delivery agree to provide an active, reachable Pakistani mobile number and a complete physical delivery address. We reserve the right to call or send an automated WhatsApp/SMS verification before dispatching any parcel.

4. Returns & Warranty Claims

Returns and exchanges are governed by our 7-Day Return Policy and 1-Year Movement Warranty.
