Returns & Warranty Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or received a defective/damaged watch:

• You can request a replacement or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your parcel.
• The watch must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags intact and in its original presentation box.
• Our courier partner will arrange reverse pickup from your doorstep or you can send it via TCS/Leopards.
• Refunds for COD and Online payments are processed within 24 to 48 hours directly to your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Account after parcel inspection.

Every watch from Azadi Deal includes a 1-Year Official Movement Warranty:

• What is covered: Internal movement defects, timekeeping inaccuracies, and manufacturing flaws.
• What is not covered: Normal wear and tear, scratches on glass/strap, water damage beyond rated ATM resistance, or damage from unauthorized repairs.
• How to claim: Simply message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID (AUR-XXXX) and a short video of the issue.
